Job Title Registered Nurse - LTAC Location Jordan, Montana Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3 days per week | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to medically complex patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and ongoing health management
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Montana or a compact state license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) or similar acute care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 3-days-per-week schedule
- ACLS certification
- Prior travel nursing or contract assignment experience
- Experience managing ventilator-dependent or medically complex patient populations
