About the Position: Laundry manager position accountable for supervisory and administrative work in planning and directing a laundry operation in a state facility. Accountable for planning the operation of a large laundry and assigning work to meet production schedules. Accountable for supervising staff, residents or offender workers performing laundry work. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progress discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these positions to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.
What you'll need to be Successful: Successful candidates must have a good attitude, be ready and willing to learn and grow, have strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
