- Lead end-to-end project execution-from initial design and permitting through procurement, labor coordination, and field installation
- Build and manage comprehensive project plans that align schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Facilitate Work-in-Progress (WIP) reviews to proactively manage risk, cost, and timeline performance
- Ensure full compliance with all industry codes, standards, AHJ requirements, and internal (SOX) processes
- Act as a central communication hub, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Drive financial performance by managing change orders and continuously identifying margin improvement opportunities
- Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability across all project stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience within fire protection, electrical systems, construction, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Proven ability to interpret and work from complex architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with a consistent track record of meeting critical deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage both internal teams and external clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building tracking tools, leveraging cross-sheet data, and developing macros
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Working knowledge of applicable building codes, industry standards, and Underwriters requirements
- NICET Level II certification or higher
