Role Description The Luxury Hospitality Sales Advisor is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales of premium linen products to luxury hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual sales presentations, and managing a pipeline of prospective and existing clients. The role involves understanding client needs, recommending tailored product solutions, preparing quotes, and negotiating contract terms. The advisor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and high service standards, while maintaining detailed records in CRM tools. Ongoing activities also include providing product training to client teams, monitoring market trends, and representing Rotary Hospitality as a trusted partner in the luxury hospitality space.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust-based, long-term relationships with luxury hospitality clients.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear professional writing and confident virtual presentation abilities.
• Proven sales skills, including consultative selling, pipeline management, and experience meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience delivering training or product education to client or internal teams in a structured, engaging manner.
• Background in hospitality, textiles, or luxury goods sales is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working remotely with high self-management, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
• Ability to analyze client needs, pricing, and margins to support profitable, long-term partnerships.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
