Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location

Turnersville, NJ

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite | Every other weekend required (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) | 1 holiday required | No on-call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care / Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in patient status
• Document all patient care activities accurately using the EPIC charting system
• Float to like units as required within scope of practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of PCU, DOU, IMC, or Stepdown nursing experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Ability to complete a required Pass/Fail clinical examination (candidates have up to 3 attempts)
• PA Fingerprinting required; must be completed within 1 week of contract signing
• Valid references and copies of all certifications required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a travel nursing capacity with demonstrated adaptability to new environments
• Familiarity with compliance-intensive healthcare settings and onboarding processes
