Clinical NurseWe are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to provide care for the perioperative patient. The ideal candidate will engage in the nursing process, which includes assessment, formulation of nursing diagnoses, planning interventions, and evaluation of patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Circulate in all specialty areas including Orthopedics, ENT, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Dental.Obtain scrubbing experience, which is highly encouraged.Work varied, odd hours when on call, and prepare for emergency cases on short notice.Qualifications:Valid, unrestricted Professional Nursing License from any state in the U.S.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association within six months of hire.National Institutes of Health (NIH) Stroke Scale certification within six months of hire.Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification must be obtained within one year of hire.Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification must be obtained within two years of hire.Education and Experience:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.Two years of clinical nursing and/or operating room practical experience.Additional Information:Orientation occurs every two weeks.COVID-19 and flu vaccination exemptions may be considered upon submission of a declination form.Housing options include shared units based on availability, with no family or pets allowed.Client Details City Tuba City State AZ
