University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee multiple home care and hospice agencies. This leadership role requires a compassionate professional with a strong background in healthcare management, capable of ensuring the delivery of high-quality care across diverse service locations. The Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a patient-centered environment while meeting regulatory and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple home care and hospice agencies to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with healthcare regulations and enhance patient care quality.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize operations and patient satisfaction.
Monitor agency performance metrics, preparing reports for senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a skilled and compassionate workforce.
Manage budgets and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability of the agencies.
Serve as a liaison between agencies, patients, families, and external partners to support community health initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in management within the home care and hospice industry.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards related to home care and hospice.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple agencies and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
