Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative role is a key link between our company operations and our customers. With an in-depth understanding of our processes and systems, a customer service representative will be responsible for providing internal and external customers prompt and accurate service by accessing information from multiple sources within the organization. Reps should be building relationships by answering questions, providing guidance, removing obstacles, and resolving issues.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy.
• Order Entry: Enter Customer Purchase orders into ERP system
• Logistics Coordinator: Work with shipping and production to schedule, coordinate, and expedite customer orders including working with various freight forwarders to ship products around the world.
• Invoicing: Invoice orders as they are shipped to customers
• Administration Duties: Other duties as required to maintain excellent customer service
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including outside sales representatives, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up on unresolved issues and customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar type of customer service position (previous Sales Support or Sales experience is strongly preferred).
• Professional, business-oriented approach while maintaining customer focus. 
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
