Chief Financial Officer - CFO

Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with the organization’s mission. Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning efforts. Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the financial aspects of grant and contract administration. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management. At least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role within a nonprofit organization. Strong knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements. Experience with grant and contract management, including federal grants and private foundation funding. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
