We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Florida in an onsite contract role with the potential to become permanent. This position supports day-to-day recruitment activity by identifying candidates with experience in supervisory roles, guiding new employees through orientation, and helping maintain a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate brings at least two years of recruiting experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with manufacturing experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Source and engage candidates for open positions, with a focus on supervisor-level hiring needs.
• Manage recruiting activities across the full recruitment cycle, from outreach and screening through interview coordination and offer support.
• Assist with new employee orientation to ensure employees begin their roles with the information and resources they need.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates within the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR contacts to keep recruitment efforts organized and aligned with staffing priorities.
• Support high-volume recruitment needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up communication to keep interviews and onboarding steps moving efficiently.

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or high-volume hiring environment.

• Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines and hiring documentation.

• Ability to support multiple openings at once while staying organized and detail-oriented.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.

• Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred but not required.
