The firm currently has seven people within this AI team, and this person will look after the majority of the team, if not all, within a few weeks into the process. Overall, it's a highly exciting and dynamic position in which we're looking for someone to integrate their own ideas, materials, and subject‑matter expertise to improve the situation of AI. Location : New York City HQ + highly flexible working arrangements Future outlook : ideally, we're looking for a head of AI or technology who can eventually become a chief AI officer or a similar role. Realistically, there will be a pathway to grow and maintain the team, but also a lot of individuality to support you to grow the team and the wider business Broad experience across Information Technology, software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, or similar Experience with leading teams, including AI, data engineering or data science technologists Must have experience managing team members, although this can be anything from three or four upwards Willing to work with senior stakeholders who aren't too technical as well as those who are extremely technical Informed about all things artificial intelligence and interested in growing the team in this area If interested, please apply using your CV or message Billy Hall for further details.
