Physical Therapist Location: Boca Raton, FL Position: Physical Therapist Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Office Assignment: One office location only Pay: $50–$55 per hour Schedule: Flexible schedule available We are hiring a Physical Therapist in Boca Raton, FL for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. This role is a strong fit for a PT who enjoys helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, joint pain, weakness, and mobility limitations through structured, hands-on care. In this position, you will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and guide each person through a practical recovery process. The goal is to help patients move better, build strength, improve function, and return to the daily activities that matter to them. Schedule Options: Four 10-hour workdays Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Perform physical therapy evaluations for outpatient orthopedic patients Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional rehab Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans when needed Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe movement strategies Complete daily notes, evaluations, progress reports, and discharge documentation Work with clinical staff to support a smooth patient care experience Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401K plan with company match 21 days PTO Full benefits included Flexible schedule options Assigned to one Boca Raton office only Take the next step in your Physical Therapist career with a Boca Raton outpatient role where patient progress is the focus every day.
