As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst , you will play a vital role in delivering life-changing results.
About the Role:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Conducting behavioral assessments and analyzing data to inform treatment decisions
- Training and supervising behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting treatment outcomes
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy, including experience working with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software, such as BCAT or QuickNote
