What You'll Do

Your Role

• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that spark imagination and curiosity
• Nurture children's love of learning through play, creativity, and exploration
• Maintain a positive, structured, and safe classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth
• Establish strong bonds with toddlers and young children through active engagement and genuine enthusiasm
• Collaborate with families to ensure a smooth and supportive transition for their child
• Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect, welcoming children of all backgrounds and abilities

• Committed to their schedule , with a strong sense of reliability and punctuality
• Passionate about working with children , particularly toddlers and preschoolers
• Able to balance kindness, patience, and structure in the classroom
• Professional and attentive, with minimal personal phone use during classroom hours
• A team player who communicates effectively with staff and families

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience working in childcare or a classroom setting is a plus
• Ability to plan and lead educational activities and lesson plans
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, and participating in physical activities with children
• Meets state childcare licensing requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification , or a willingness to obtain
