What You'll Be Doing:

As a Shift Lead/Assistant Manager in Training, you'll play a key role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising daily operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
Supporting and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Assisting with inventory management and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Handling cash and ensuring accurate till operations.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Stepping up to resolve customer concerns or challenges with professionalism.

This is a hands-on role where you'll lead by example and help create a positive atmosphere for both our team and guests.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant or food service industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire the team.
A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
A genuine passion for great food and exceptional customer service.
