Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Patient 1 (Siblings)

Both are children. One is a feeding tube patient and the other is a trach/vent

Scheduled: Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm, Occational Saturdays

Location/Setting: Palmyra 22963

Age Group: Children

Acuity: Low (feeding tube) and High (trach/vent)

Patient 2

Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm

Location/Setting: Palmyra 22963

Age Group: Child

Acuity: Low, Feeding Tube

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Must have reliable transportation
