Marketing Media Used: Television Social Media Radio Print Internet Search Event Marketing Internal Marketing Email Text Professional websites Website Telephone Marketing Coupon media like Groupon Referral PI (personal injury) marketing SEO You do not have to manage all marketing for each media source, but you need to understand marketing principles enough to set up cost-effective marketing systems to achieve company objectives. Areas of Focus: Internet marketing (Google, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok PPC) Internal Marketing Event-based marketing (festivals, shows) Email and Text Online video creation Areas for Development: Social Media Content Creation SEO Opportunities: Campaign optimization National reach campaigns Social Media video creation Website optimization Skills Required: Understanding of KPI and metrics for marketing success Internet marketing skills, including campaign creation and management Reporting and spreadsheet management Google Suite skills (email, docs, design, spreadsheets) Design skills with an understanding of design principles Understanding of sales funnels and compelling messaging Compensation: $58,000 - 65,000 salaried, plus bonuses for meeting budgets and goals. Time: Full-time position, requiring 40+ hours a week. Evening and weekend work is rare. Travel: Site visits require travel to properties in Colorado Springs and Denver.
