Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior experience or practicum in school-based or pediatric settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from kindergarten through grade 12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide both direct and consultative therapy services, adapting techniques for students unique needs
• Maintain detailed documentation on progress, evaluations, and session notes in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and administrators regarding student goals and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide training or resources to school staff as necessary
