Production Planner

Responsibilities: * Works with internal customers to plan, source, and manage floor stock and consumable materials. * Purchase of office supplies, accessories, spare parts used in a PCBA manufacturing environment and MRO materials.

• Create and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Monitor delivery performance and quality performance of vendors.
• Set inventory levels of frequently used items and maintain stock to support

all manufacturing activities. * Process purchase orders, packing slips, invoice, and other pertinent documentation.

• Escalate issues related to delivery, quality, out-of-stock, etc..
• Identify continuous improvement strategies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintain processes and reporting for responsible items.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with all transactions, both financially and systematically.
• Detail oriented. Including records and communication retention, process

documentation, et al. * Ability to work in a mixed office/manufacturing environment, including continuous standing, sitting, typing, lifting, etc.. * Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and occasional travel for business meetings or training. Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000–90,000 annually.
