City of Charlotte is seeking a Technology Services Officer / Chief of Staff to act as the Deputy Director's right hand, driving operational alignment, strategic execution, and cross-functional coordination across Innovation and Technology. The role translates executive priorities into actionable plans, ensures initiatives progress, and supports budget, procurement, and executive communications.
