Job Description: 13 weeks Days 06:30-15:00 M-F Call responsibility for one 8 hour shift every 2 weeks Call could be Weekdays 1600-0000 or 0000-0800, Weekends 0800-1600 1600-0000 or 0000-0800 Helpful if they have EPIC electronic medical record experience as well as Carestream portable machine familiarity. ARRT cert req VA license req but can submit with that pending, eligible for a temp if has another state license otherwise ETA is 8 weeks 50 mile radius rule No return perm staff eligible for submission

Please confirm RTO requests are accurate at time of submission. No additional RTO requests will be approved after acceptance. If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between Sign Date and Start Date, this must be communicated to the Client Delivery Manager at the time of submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested Experience - Please refer to the job description for required experience. Valid State License - Will accept pending licenses, but must have license in-hand the Wednesday before start date. However, RRT travelers must have license in-hand at time of submission Mile Radius Rule - select units have a 50 mile travel restriction, any units not listed do not have a mile radius rule. Copy of Certification - Please include copy of certification(s) that are required in the job description with submissions. Required Charting Exp. - Epic experience is required unless otherwise notated in the unit description or job description. Background Policy - If aware of background hit(s), please inform Client Delivery Manager. Return Staff Policy - Please inform Client Delivery Manager if previously employed at any facilities under University of Virginia Health system as permanent staff member or internal/external traveler. For perm staff and internal travelers to be eligible to return, clinician must be separated for one year and be approved by UVA leadership. *Note that UVA does not allow external travelers to work on assignment for more than 365 days, regardless of time off between contracts. Separation Policy: Facility does not allow travelers to return after they have worked on assignment for 365 days, despite any separation period. BSN preferred Nursys verification is required for submittal Modules: Modules are non-billable, up to 16 hours. Any time spent on modules in excess of 16 hours is billable Modules are completed during orientation, and vary by specialty Modules are recorded in Workday
