Leasing Consultant – Upcoming Acquisition Hourly pay: $20.00 Employment type: Full‑time Job responsibilities: The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing and marketing as well as maintaining positive relationships with the residents within the apartment community. They should have strong organizational skills and be customer‑focused, goal‑oriented, and enthusiastic about helping people. They will identify the needs of prospective residents, guide them through the leasing process, and promote the community’s value and amenities. Minimum qualifications: Minimum 6 months apartment leasing or customer service experience (preferred). Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently. #J-18808-Ljbffr United Apartment Group
