Our drivers are home every weekend and still earn consistent, top pay. Drivers can live just about anywhere in our network, but the best areas to live include Memphis, Little Rock, Dallas, Mississippi, Louisiana and north Alabama. Compensation Average Weekly Pay: $1,200-$1,800+ (depending on experience and miles) Maximum Miles: Run between 2,700-3,300 miles Maximum Home Time: Run between 2,300-2,800 miles 46 CPM – 55 CPM depending on experience and weekly miles Additional pay for: Detention: $20.00 per hour after 2 hours Extra Stops: $25 per stop Layover: $85 per event Breakdown: $85 per event 34-hour Break on Road: $100 Bonus Pay: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus $1,000 Driver Referral Bonus Semi-Annual Safety Bonus: Maintain a clean safety record and earn a bonus equal to 2.0% of your total driving earnings for the 6-month period. Safe drivers earn between $1,000 and $1,600+ per year in safety bonuses.
