Migration Data Lead

Migration Data Lead Join our dynamic team as a Migration Data Lead, ensuring migration data is timely, accurate, and well‑controlled to enable successful migrations. You’ll shape strategy for data sourcing and transformation, partner with teams to build case‑tracking workflows, and deliver visualizations and ad‑hoc reporting while driving efficiencies across the analytics model. As a Migration Data Lead within the Client Onboarding and Service Migration team, you will be a key driver in transforming our migration data strategy for specific migrations and across the portfolio to deliver tangible improvements. You will gather accurate and clear migration data requirements, document data flow, design input pages and visualizations, gain approvals, and implement according to specifications, keeping end users updated at every step. You may also manage analysts, learn new technologies, and remove roadblocks. Your work will improve portfolio reporting through a new data warehouse, automation, and AI to develop insights based on cross‑migration data, resource utilization, project attributes, and case volumes. You will develop presentations to support leadership understanding of client impact and risk across projects and clients. Your role involves significant cross‑functional collaboration, data analysis, and conflict management to align initiatives with business and technology strategy. Job Responsibilities Participate in strategic development of migration portfolio reporting foundation, manage data requirements, establish data model and automation. Deliver information necessary to drive accurate migration execution using data management expertise and strategic thinking. Support data extraction, analysis, and delivery of information for multiple migration projects; establish clear expectations with data consumers regarding requirements, scope, effort, and timeline; identify and raise risks and anomalies uncovered in data sets, provide risk mitigation, and deliver commitments on time. Utilize data analytics and AI to identify clients impacted by multiple migrations, bring collective owners together to minimize parallel impact, outreach to clients, and direct necessary adjustments. Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress of strategic initiatives and data‑driven stories. Collaborate with team members to collect, manage, and triage client migration data; record minutes and actions accurately. Ensure requirements documentation, migration trackers (SharePoint), data storage, access, and client list approvals follow regulatory and risk guidelines for data protection and sharing. Implement all data requirements end‑to‑end using best‑in‑class automation tools, technology, and languages. Provide insights and subject‑matter expertise to support portfolio‑level data model and reporting; support tool selection and requirements gathering. Identify opportunities to implement AI and chatbot features into dashboards to enable end users to interrogate data using natural language. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Proven ability to lead and manage complex data‑related programs or projects, typically demonstrated through 7+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in data analytics, including data segmentation, coding logic, model development, inference drawing, and storytelling to support migration project execution. Advanced technical literacy, effectively using data technology to manipulate data and deliver accurate artifacts such as SharePoint custom case trackers, visualizations, and automation. Strategic thinker, skilled in using data to understand issues, evaluate scenarios, and collaborate on strategy development. Strong time‑management skills, efficient at multitasking, and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple business demands on time to a high level of quality. Expertise in at least three of: SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, Snowflake, Alteryx, Python, Advanced Excel, SAS, Tableau, SQL. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience with enterprise reference data hubs (EDH) and MySQL, Snowflake. Innovative in integrating AI solutions to enhance project outcomes and drive data‑driven decision‑making. Demonstrated experience or degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Machine Learning. Proactive implementation of automation to streamline project workflows and increase operational efficiency. Supportive of fostering a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem‑solving and adoption of new technologies. Eligible roles may receive commission‑based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation.
