Python Developer

Role: Python Technical Lead / Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI & GCP)

Location: Remote

NOTE: NO C2C PLEASE

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Python.
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using LLMs such as Gemini.
• Design, train, and deploy ML models for classification, regression, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
• Build end-to-end MLOps pipelines using Vertex AI, BigQuery, and other GCP services.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and promote best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Machine Learning experience in production environments.
• Strong Python programming skills with PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI and BigQuery.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a related field.
• Experience building RAG solutions from scratch.
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
