For more information, please visit THE.TEAM .WHAT YOU'LL DO:Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.Supplier Setup & Maintenance:Perform initial setup and ongoing maintenance of all vendor accounts.Review and approve new supplier requests, checking questionnaires, required tax forms (W-9s), and bank details for electronic payments.Supplier Relations: Respond to supplier inquiries and address payment-related issues.Process Improvement: Continuously work to improve payment processes.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Skills: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, problem-solving, communication, data entry, and time management.Education: High school diploma required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.Experience: Experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable is not required but highly beneficial.Base salary range: $45-50K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
