H&M Sales Advisor - Maine Mall

Overview As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers in-store, actively sell our products, and provide guidance. You will use fashion and product knowledge to share relevant information for the best customer experience. You will contribute to garment care and presentation, and help maintain a clean sales floor and back of house, collaborating with your store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store and omni experience where available, supporting direct customer service. Engage with customers to discuss fashion trends, stories and products across all store areas; promote and sell products. Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives. Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions. Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team. Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care. Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices and processes. Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms); maintain attractive merchandise displays following visual and commercial guidelines. Maintain stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor. Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities. Qualifications As a Sales Advisor, you will be passionate about fashion and what we create in-store. Motivated by delivering a great customer experience. Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, decisiveness, and action-orientation; enjoy collaborative, dynamic environments.
