The Policy Service Center (PSC) is seeking a Senior Customer Care Specialist at the Senior Workers’ Compensation Insurance Representative (Sr. WCIR) level. We are looking for career minded professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and contributing to a culture of excellence.

In this role, the selected candidate will play a key part in advancing Program Excellence and helping transform the PSC into a value centered service center. You will serve as a technical expert on highly complex inquiries across active engagement channels (calls and chats), provide training support to staff, and help maintain and enhance the PSC knowledge base. You will also handle sensitive inquiries and escalations in alignment with PSC directives and initiatives.

Senior Customer Care Specialists are assigned Tier III cases, carrying expanded authority and the expectation of delivering timely, effective solutions for policyholder issues. Work is primarily driven through phone, email, and chat interactions, and the selected candidate will operate under the direction of a PSC Manager.
