Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN) – Concierge Med Spa Pinch is looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Maryland/DMV Area for a 1099 contractor role who are ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments like tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at‑home facials in clients' homes. Founded in Chicago, IL, Pinch has become one of the top‑rated Med Spas and we are expanding nationwide. This is a unique opportunity to be one of our Founding Providers and represent Pinch locally. You will have freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and grow your practice with flexibility supported by a nationally recognized brand. We cover malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support. Pinch pays top‑of‑market rates for treatments and covers all overhead costs. What You Will Do Deliver safe, high‑quality aesthetic treatments, including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at‑home facials Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training Take advantage of comprehensive virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at‑home facial techniques Treat clients through Pinch marketing and your own personal network Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4 to 24 hours per week Manage products and supplies responsibly Keep accurate and timely client records Follow Pinch protocols and best practices Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support Utilize Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business Requirements Active APRN license Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility Bonus: Prior aesthetics experience, existing patient network, or interest in expanding your practice through events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more We are actively recruiting for our Founding Cohort of Providers in Maryland to help us launch this market!
