Warehouse Coordinator

SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This hands-on role is responsible for order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining high operational standards while working collaboratively with the warehouse team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Warehouse Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring products are accurately received, organized, staged, and shipped in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, forklift experience, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Coordinate and fulfill outgoing customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Google Docs.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and organize storage areas.
• Receive, unload, and distribute incoming deliveries.
• Process freight and small package shipments.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support daily warehouse operations and complete additional duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience required.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Google Docs or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
