Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU (Intensive Care Unit)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an 11-bed ICU setting with a 2–3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, serving an exclusively adult patient population
• Operate and monitor advanced equipment including ventilators, Impella devices, Swan-Ganz catheters, and arterial lines
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech electronic health record (EHR) system
• Participate in weekend shifts as scheduling requires and fulfill on-call obligations of approximately one shift per month when census is low
• Float to med-surg unit as needed based on facility requirements
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications, including ACLS and BLS

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in Arkansas or compact state eligibility
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Prior travel nurse experience in an ICU setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with critical care equipment including vents, Impella, Swan-Ganz catheters, and arterial lines
• Familiarity with Meditech EHR platform
• Experience floating to med-surg environments
