Sr. Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal on behalf of our client, a personal injury law firm. This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about supporting injured clients through the litigation process. The Senior Paralegal will play a critical role in managing cases from inception through resolution, ensuring accuracy, organization, and clear communication every step of the way. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the case lifecycle
• Prepare, review, and e-file legal documents, including complaints, discovery demands and responses, motions, and subpoenas
• Ensure all filings are accurate and compliant with court rules and deadlines
• Coordinate all aspects of litigation and trial preparation, including scheduling depositions, hearings, and meetings
• Collaborate with attorneys, experts, investigators, and court personnel to support case progression
• Review and analyze medical records to assist in case development
• Prepare detailed demand packages for settlement negotiations
• Assist with client lien resolution, including communication with lienholders and coordination with third-party partners
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines across multiple active cases
• Support continuous improvement of legal processes and workflow efficiency

Requirements include:

Education:

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense)
• Experience handling motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and e-filing systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Comfort working with legal technology and case management systems

Certifications:

• Paralegal certification is a plus but not required

Knowledge:

• Familiarity with personal injury litigation processes and procedures
• Understanding of court rules, filing requirements, and litigation timelines
• Knowledge of medical record review and documentation
• Experience with lien resolution processes and settlement documentation
