Enhancement Manager

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking an Enhancement Manager for our Landscape Maintenance team. This position will be responsible for scheduling projects, supervising team members, and managing the resources needed for providing landscape enhancement projects to our clients. The Enhancement Manager is responsible for adhering to established budgets, ensuring successful operations, maintaining quality control, and promoting a positive culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast. Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!Responsibilities:Managing all landscape enhancement services and projects, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality workProviding day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for branch’s enhancement service needsSupporting the Account Managers in estimating and designing enhancement proposalsUnderstanding client needs via collaboration with Account Managers, and meeting with clients directly to provide excellent customer serviceSelling enhancement services and projects to clientsTraining and developing of team members (including proper operation of equipment, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards) as well as disciplinary actionsEnsuring safety protocols are being followed by team membersInterviewing and hiring team membersPerforming hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands as neededUsing hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape enhancement projectsEnsuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and usedOrdering materials as needed, managing costs and coordinating deliveriesEnsuring paperwork and reports are accurately updated/completed for work order tickets and client billingMaintaining and managing all required computer systems, including but not limited to timekeeping, job databases, and service schedulesUnderstanding budgets, labor, costs and gross profits on enhancement projectsOther relevant job duties as needed.Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast.
