Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Service TechnicianBridgestone has business presence in more than 150 countries and employs over 135,000 team members. Bridgestone delivers a wide range of tires to customers around the world. Here in Aiken, SC, our team produces approximately 37,000 light truck and passenger tires a day for the original equipment & replacement market. Service Technicians must be extremely flexible to support a wide range of maintenance activities. Our Service Technician become the subject matter experts in a specific production department in our plant. When problems arise with our manufacturing equipment, the Service Technician on shift will troubleshoot and repair the system as quickly as possible to maximize production up-time. The Service Technician's on days will group and perform periodic scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on all manufacturing equipment. This facility operates on a 24/7 basis. Candidates will be assigned either day or rotating shifts. Competitive Compensation Service Technicians have starting wages between $32-$37 per hour depending on experience and the opportunity to progress their hourly rate to expert level at $39/hr. Our Service Technicians have been receiving a weekly results sharing bonus since the start of our facility in 1998.
