Are you looking for a change, maybe something with a faster pace? CentraCare Urgent Care is opening up a secondary location at our River Campus, you can apply your advanced assessment and physical examination skills in a fast-paced, exciting environment!

Summary
Our Urgent Care River Campus location will provide the same high-quality, patient-centered care that our Plaza location provides. We treat a broad range of illnesses and injuries that might otherwise require an ER visit, supported by advanced medical technology and on-site lab and imaging capabilities that go beyond the scope of a typical urgent care clinic. Patients benefit from a seamless continuum of care delivered by providers who are deeply invested in their health and well-being. If escalation of care is required, the clinic is connected to the St. Cloud Hospital for ease of transfer.

Primary work location will be at River Campus, however, shifts at the Plaza Location may be available (distance between the two facilities is an approximately 10 Minute drive).

Common conditions treated:

• Acute injuries — fractures, sprains, strains, dislocations, minor motor?vehicle injuries
\n
• Lacerations requiring sutures or wound care
\n
• Abdominal and joint pain
\n
• Headaches and migraines
\n
• Respiratory concerns — asthma, cough, cold symptoms, fever
\n
• Dehydration , nausea , vomiting
\n
• Eye injuries , nosebleeds , minor chest pain without cardiac history
\n
• Blood clots or leg pain
\n
• Pediatric illnesses and injuries
\n

Schedule

\n

\n
• Full-time | 12 Hour Shifts | Onsite-St. Cloud, MN CentraCare River Campus Day/Evening |9-9:30 only at River Campus location (7-7:30 or 9-9:30 Shifts at Plaza Location)
\n
• Weekend (Friday-Sunday) and holiday rotation is 1:3
\n

Pay and Benefits

\n

• Salary range: $120,681.60 - $140,441.60 per year\n
  \n
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  \n
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  \n
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

\n

\n
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
\n
• Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
\n

\n

Preferred:

\n

\n
• We would prefer that our candidate have experience in one of the following areas as a Provider or RN
\n
• Emergency Department
\n
• Urgent Care
\n
• Family Medicine/Walk-In Clinic
\n

\n

In addition, all applicants must have a current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.
