Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedic

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule 8-hour day shifts, 8x. 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Overtime must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked.

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in outpatient settings, but we are also open to new graduates. This position includes floating to other clinics as needed. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy interventions.

Responsibilities Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide therapy interventions in accordance with best practices. Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. See 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected. Document patient progress and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Outpatient experience preferred but not required; new grads welcome.
