How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver clinical excellence by providing direct, evidence-based nursing care that aligns with the highest safety standards and elevates the patient experience.

• Orchestrate cohesive, patient-centered care as the primary clinical coordinator, seamlessly uniting multidisciplinary teams to ensure no detail in a patient's journey is missed.

• Be the voice of your patients by accurately monitoring, documenting, and communicating clinical shifts, driving the swift and precise execution of physician and nursing orders.

• Empower patients for the road ahead by proactively designing and coordinating comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and confident transition from hospital to home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Professional Credentials: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with active BLS and ACLS certifications.

• Clinical Experience: Requires prior experience in ICU or ER settings, with surgical experience highly preferred.
