Network Operations Technician

Presidio is seeking a Technician for Managed Services Operations based in Orlando, Florida. This role involves monitoring and managing customer networking, datacenter and security platforms, requiring excellent troubleshooting skills and customer interaction. The technician will document all actions and resolve issues following contracted SLA’s. Strong communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary. Qualified candidates should have a High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree, along with relevant experience in Cisco IOS and ticketing systems.
