Global Income Tax Leader - Compliance, Planning & Growth

UiPath, Inc. is seeking a Global Income Tax leader to manage US federal, state, and international corporate tax matters, including compliance, planning, and controversy. This hands-on role partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, HR, and business leaders to optimize tax positions and support UiPath's global growth. The candidate will oversee tax filings, planning initiatives, audits, and intercompany restructurings, with a focus on BEAT, GILTI, foreign credits, and Pillar Two, in a #J-18808-Ljbffr UiPath, Inc.
