People Administrator (Nashville, TN) As the People Administrator you will support the HR administrative tasks for the People Operations team. Your role This role involves a variety of administrative and support tasks within the HR and payroll departments, including generating collection letters, managing the contact center and mail services, and coordinating new hire welcome emails for Canada and expats. The role also supports education assistance programs, processes access requests for the employee store, handles Medicare Part B forms and e‑filing duties, verifies employment, processes severance prior to HRIS input, manages new parent gift requests, and handles visa letters. The position processes EDD forms, responds to workers' compensation requests, retrieves W2s, and addresses Workday‑related cases such as payroll ID retrieval, legal name changes, emergency contact updates, and home address changes. You're the right fit if 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, or, as a recent graduate or early‑career professional, a solid understanding of basic admin tasks. Proficient in data entry, record keeping, escalation management, and case system management support. High school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Capability to meet the specified physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements with or without accommodation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $20.00 to $31.00 per hour.
