As Administrator on Duty (AOD) , you will be the highest-level on-site presence, overseeing all activities of the Children’s Residential Program (in the absence of the Assistant Director and Residential Coordinators during evening and weekend shifts).

Whether navigating programmatic, operational, clinical, or administrative matters, you will provide the steady, calm, clear leadership needed so that everyone on the team can protect and enhance the quality of life for our youngest residents.

What You Will Do as Administrator on Duty

 

• You will be the on-site decision maker, coordinating staff coverage, directing staff assignments, coaching team members in real time, and communicating with families when applicable.
• You will work independently, but collaborate with team members and families so that you can collectively enrich life for our residents with autism.
• You will help ensure that all campus residences are fully staffed.
• You will manage and facilitate the implementation of program-related activities, creating meaningful experiences for the children we serve.
• You will maintain all student and staff information systems, records, logs, schedules, and other documentation needed to champion a safe, secure, nurturing, and structured environment.
• You will make certain that agency policies and procedures are clearly conveyed and upheld by team members in all campus residences. Should any concerns arise with team members, you will document and report those matters in a timely fashion to designated parties.
• You will serve as the liaison for incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations, providing support, guidance, supervision, direction, and follow-ups as needed.

In addition, we expect that you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in human services (preferred), or bring a combination of education and live experience which demonstrates your capability to perform all responsibilities of the position.
• Obtain and maintain agency driving privileges.
• Obtain and subsequently maintain qualifications in all health, safety and crisis intervention procedures of the agency, such as First Aid, CPR, SCIP-R and medication administration certification.
• Complete agency training.
• Fulfill all mandated reporting requirements, ensure compliance with agency policies, and adhere to organizational protocols.

Pay Range: $25.14 - $27.64 hourly / commensurate with experience
