Project Lead / Manager

Summary Provides construction management oversight and project execution support for military healthcare facility projects. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Review RFIs, submittals, and change requests. Coordinate with construction agents and stakeholders. Support commissioning, turnover, and activation activities. Participate in site visits and construction meetings. Develop project status reports and executive briefings. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5+ years of healthcare construction experience. Experience managing project schedules and construction documentation. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1/NACI investigation and Common Access Card (CAC). Preferred Qualifications Active Secret Clearance preferred. PMP or CCM certification. NAVFAC construction experience. USACE construction experience. Healthcare commissioning experience. Experience supporting hospital replacement programs. Prior experience supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA), DHA Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE), NAVFAC Medical Facilities Program Office (MFPO), USACE Medical MILCON programs, Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare facilities, military hospital replacement programs, healthcare activation/IO&T efforts, SEPS planning, or federal healthcare construction programs.
