Product Management Specialist

Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and help sprint planning and grooming. Maintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog that drives development efforts and ensures alignment with the product vision. Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience. Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers. Collaborate with Technology leads and architects on product enhancement requirements and troubleshooting when product issues arise. Support, analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics/KPIs/analytics. Proven track record in building cloud-based platforms, APIs, and SaaS products in financial services or banking firms. Good analytical, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail. Partner with the Product Manager to identify new opportunities that reflect the needs of customers and support user experience research as required.
