Location: Irvine, CA (On Site) | Type: Full Time | Pay: $40,000 - $150,000/year+

We are seeking an experienced Salesperson to work for us at our Volkswagen Irvine dealership! Your main duties will include conducting test drives, showcasing vehicles, building and maintaining relationships with customers to understand automotive preferences and match them to their dream vehicle.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their automotive preferences and requirements.
• Showcase Volkswagen vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product demonstrations to showcase the performance of Volkswagen vehicles.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and purchase agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Volkswagen vehicles in the marketplace.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Need

• 1+ years of Automotive Sales experience in a dealership.
• Experience with the Volkswagen brand a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Valid sales license or the ability to obtain one.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
