About the Position

ICU experience is required. Description: Data Collection: 6/19/2025 Unit Information: Number of Beds - 24 Number of Staff - 50 Type of Staff: Day Shift - 1 CNC, 12 RNs, 1 Unit Secretary, 1-3 sitters per week. Night Shift - 1 CNC, 12 RNs, 1-3 sitters per week. Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 Type of Equipment: Vents, Swans, Impellas, Balloon pumps. EMR - Typical hiring profile. Most recruited for: Candidates must have ICU experience. Preferred or nice to have: Level 1 or 2 trauma experience and CV surgery experience. Typical Procedures Performed: Intubation, central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs, ICP monitoring, Swan Pacers, bolts. Best Personality Fit: Excellent customer service skills. Floating Area(s): Doctors ICU Dress Code: Scrub color/attire - Royal Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Every other weekend. May be placed on call if not needed on the shift scheduled.
