Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.Wage/Salary Range: $60k - $85kApplicants will be notified via phone or email within ten (10) business days of submittal.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Provide PM and SSHO to the following facility locations: New England States, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.Regular travel to contract facilities is required. Roughly 10-20% travel depending on needs.Manage the development and implementation process involving departmental or cross-functional teams.Develops project plans and supervises the execution of the Statement of Work requirements.Creates and tracks task lists; developed timelines for deliverables; creates and executes communications plan through scheduled meetings, E-mails and telephone calls while managing company resources to ensure quality performance from all employees.Ensures customer satisfaction through periodic project reviews, reports, and status briefings.Provides supervision to include the direction, coordination, and evaluation of contract personnel.Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications:Level of Experience Requirements: Five to seven (5-7) years facility maintenance experienceThree to five (3-5) years of PM or OM experience on a facility maintenance contractThirty (30) hours OSHA safety class or equivalent within the past three (3) yearsThree (3) years of satisfactory experience in preparing and enforcing a safety program on contracts of similar size ($10M) and complexity.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:Excellent attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to interface with all levels of managementExcellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skillsAbility to work well independently or in a team settingAbility to manage multi-state departments and employeesPreferred:Facility maintenance experience with the DoD preferred.HVAC Mechanic/Stationary Engineer/Maintenance Mechanic experience or state license/certification desired.General Contracting and trades knowledge a plus.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position will have supervisory responsibilities.DOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive Role Requirements:This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation "safety-sensitive" functions.Necessary Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
