Independence Coach (Hybrid Direct Support Role) Location: Granger, South Bend, Goshen & Mishawaka| Schedule: Mon - Fri (10AM - 8PM) We are looking for a compassionate Independence Coach to help individuals build life skills and live more independently. This role combines coaching and direct support , assisting with daily activities while promoting confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities

- Teach life skills (cooking, budgeting, organization)
- Support daily living activities and routines
- Encourage community participation
- Assist with individualized goals and provide basic care
- Maintain service documentation
- Background in social work, psychology, public health, or related field (preferred)
- Teaching or coaching experience - REQUIRED
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 18+
- Meaningful, hands-on experience
- Career growth in healthcare & human services
