Marshall Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our skilled nursing facility. If you have experience in building maintenance, repairs, and leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Oversee daily facility maintenance and repairsMaintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systemsImplement preventive maintenance programsSupervise maintenance staff and prioritize daily work assignmentsEnsure compliance with state, federal, and safety regulationsMaintain facility equipment, grounds, and a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staffQualifications:At least 1 year of maintenance supervisory experience requiredExperience with building maintenance and repairsKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility systemsStrong organizational and communication skillsDependable with a positive, team-oriented attitudePay & Benefits:$18.00-$20.00 per hourMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time offJoin a team dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents.
