Pay: Competitive pay based on skill and experience
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Overtime Available

Lead Residential Concrete Projects with a Team That Takes Pride in Quality

We're looking for a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead residential concrete crews and oversee projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building high-quality work, mentoring a team, and keeping projects running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Lead and supervise residential concrete crews
Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and job site logistics
Oversee forming, rebar installation, pouring, finishing, and curing
Maintain high standards for craftsmanship and job quality
Communicate with homeowners, inspectors, subcontractors, and office staff
Train and mentor crew members
Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment

What We're Looking For

Previous experience leading concrete crews or serving as a foreman
Strong knowledge of residential concrete construction, including flatwork, forming, finishing, and decorative concrete
Ability to read plans, solve problems, and make sound decisions on the job
Experience operating construction equipment is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
