Greenfield Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve as our Rehab Director and lead therapy services in our skilled nursing facility in Green Bay WI

The Rehabilitation Director is responsible for the overall leadership coordination and management of the rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. This role provides clinical and administrative oversight of physical occupational and speech therapy services while maintaining a high standard of patient care regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. The Rehabilitation Director also functions as a licensed Occupational Therapist providing direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school with a bachelors masters or doctoral degree in occupational therapy.

• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

• 1 year experience as a treating clinician required
